This is an accessory rather than a nail care product. It is a clear liquid solution that is used in nail polishes that have become very thick (either after long use or because the cap was not properly closed or screwed, etc.), resulting in the evaporation of the volatile content. A few drops of the dissolvent will restore the fluidity of any thick varnish.
