Damages and issues
Due to the nature of products we cannot accept returns of opened products or used products. If you believe that your product is faulty or has been damaged, please contact us within seven days of delivery at email@example.com explaining the situation of the product in as much detail as possible and including your name, order number and photo of the specific product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. We will then contact you accordingly to arrange for a replacement product.
In the case that for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer an exchange for any unopened and unused. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to do so within 14 days from receipt and we will offer an exchange for such products sent to us at your expense within 14 days after you inform us.
